Sweet Victory For Adam Trimble In Wyoming

Bryan Hulbert - Friday, June 6, 2025 (ROCK SPRINGS, Wyo.) Victorious again with the ASCS Northern Plains Region, Colorado's Adam Trimble picked his way through the field Friday night for his first regional win of thd season at Wyoming’s Sweetwater Speedway.

Rolling fourth at the start, Trimble finally captured the lead on Lap 19 from DJ Brink, who had issues in the late stages that pushed him back to an eighth place finish. Logan Hershey ended up second, with Zach Merritt, Blair Cooper, and Fred Holz making up the top five.

Racing continues Saturday at the Wyoming oval. Admission is $15 with Youth (13-17), Seniors (60+), and Armed Forces admitted for $5. Kids 12 and under get in free. Sweetwater Speedway is located at 3320 Yellowstone Rd. in Rock Springs, Wy. Information on the track can be found online at http://www.sweetwaterspeedway.com.

The 2025 season marks the 34th season of competition for the American Sprint Car Series. Spearheaded by the American Sprint Car Series National Tour, the ASCS Nation includes several regional tours, along with cooperating tracks and events throughout the United States.
