Dover Tackling Tripleheader Weekend in Missouri, Nebraska and South Dakota

Inside Line Promotions – EAGLE, Neb. (June 8, 2016) – Jack Dover is slated for a tripleheader this weekend in three different states.

Dover will open the weekend on Friday at U.S. 36 Raceway in Osborn, Mo., with the ASCS Warrior Region. He was victorious at the track for five straight years before missing out on an opportunity to race there last season.

Junction Motor Speedway in McCool Junction, Neb., hosts a Carpetland Nebraska 360 Sprints event on Saturday. Dover has won at least one race per season at the track since 2012 and has been to Victory Lane four times in his last eight races there. He placed third at the track last month during his only visit this season.

The weekend will conclude on Sunday at Badlands Motor Speedway in Brandon, S.D., where Dover will make his season debut. He was victorious at the high-banked track in 2013 and finished second in 2014.

“We’ve won at all three tracks we’re heading to so that’s a confidence boost going into the weekend,” he said. “We’re anxious to get the first win of the season in the books so hopefully we can get that accomplished this weekend.”

Dover is coming off a 305ci sprint car race last Saturday at Eagle Raceway, where he drove Chris Roseland’s race car from 10th to eighth place in a heat race and from eighth to sixth place in the B Main to narrowly miss a transfer position.

Last Friday’s Carpetland Nebraska 360 Sprints event at I-80 Speedway rained out.
