Ziehl Tops Southwest Region in Yuma
Bryan Hulbert - Yuma, Arizona (September 15, 2012) Rick Ziehl walked out of the Cocopah Speedway $1,500 to the good this past Saturday night with the ASCS Southern Region.
Following Dalten Gabbard for the first sixteen laps, Ziehl grabbed the race lead with a high line pass in traffic for the win. Gabbard held on the runner up spot after trading the spot several times in the closing laps with Billy Chester. Ryan Linder and Jordan Stetson rounded out the top five. Bob Ream Jr., Lance Norick, Joshua Williams, Darrell Sickles and Mike Martin made up the top ten.
